Security

Each individual wine locker is partitioned with steel or metal instead of plywood. Each locker also has its own security alarm disarmed by your personal access code and comes equipped with a high security cylinder lock for which you hold the only key.

The access into our building and wine cellar is computerized, which records the entrance and exit times related to all access activity. Access hours are everyday of the year from 5:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. If you need more time, just ask your storage consultant.

Video cameras monitor and record key points in and around the wine cellar for your safety. The entire building is protected by a state-of-the-art fire monitoring and suppression system.

Environmental Monitoring

The cellar’s temperature and humidity is monitored and controlled by a touch screen system in the rental office. Incorporated into this system is a software package that automatically logs on a file the temperature and humidity of the cellar multiple times per day for our records. We keep these records for your perusal at any time.
